Public Housing Management

The SHA's Public Housing Management offices serve to assist the agencies' public housing residents in all aspects of their lease agreement, continued occupancy and lease enforcement. The Asset Manager and his/her staff is readily available to help answer any questions that you may have regarding your tenancy and to assist you with the following:

• Rent Collection and Payments
• Scheduling Repairs and Maintenance
• Annual Recertifications
• Rent Changes
• Performing Unit Inspections
• Preventative Maintenance Services
• Move In and Move Out Inspections
• Coordination of Property Maintenance
• Removing or Adding Household Members
• Requests for Transfer
• Complaints

Management offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please contact your management office for assistance with any of the indicated or related subjects.
